SPECIFICATIONS:
This pressure-sensitive label applicator is ideally engineered to automatically apply labels to media
such as military spec bags and pouches, unerected chipboard boxes and virtually any opaque three-dimensional
material up to 1/4" in thickness. Tedious, time consuming hand-labeling of packaging materials commonly used in military parts distributing operations can now affordably become a thing of the past.

SPEED: Up TO 15,000 labels per hour production speed, product length dependent.
PRODUCT/MEDIA SIZES: Up to 16" W and up to 1/4" thickness. Length is virtually unlimited.
PRODUCT MATERIAL: Primarily papers, boards and plastics. Material being labeled must be opaque.
LABEL SIZES: up to 6" webwidth x maximum 4" length. Labels longer than 4" can be accommodated through means of a firmware modification.
LABEL MATERIALS: Opaque, die-cut labels in roll or fanfolded format. Die-cut spacing must be at least 1/16".
LABEL PLACEMENT: lead to trail edge by electronic control; across product by mechanically sliding applicator
head back and forth.
FEEDING: Variable speed, friction-pile feeder. Stacks of materials can be replenished without stopping
production.
