TEC NEW! B-SP2D
The TEC B-SP2D is a compact portable thermal printer with a host of features which provide maximum flexibility. You can easily produce labels, tags, or receipts using Bluetooth, IrDA, and RS-232 communications. Compact and lightweight, the B-SP2D fits in the palm of your hand(height:91mm width:114mm Depth:44mm). Weighing about .84 lb.(380g), the B-SP2D is ideal for warehousing/delivery control systems, price labels, discount labels, shelf-edge labels, bills, inventory lists, and printing various tickets.

Interfaces
The B-SP2D is based on its hugely successful predecessor, the B-211, which is used in major portable applications allover the world. The B-SP2D is also completely compatible with B-211 soft-ware and supplies. It can communicatewith pocket
PCs or other mobile and static devices via its serial, infrared, wireless 802.11b, or Bluetooth™ interfaces. The B-SP2D can communicate at an amazing six times faster than its predecessor the B-211. Labels and receipts (up to 1 1/2 feet in length) can be issued either in batch or peel-off modes. Loading the labels in either mode is only a matter of ‘drop and
close’ thanks to the removable peel roller.
Speed
As with all TOSHIBA TEC products, speed is of key importance, and with a maximum print speed of over 3 inches per second and the latest high-speed 32-bit processor there’s certainly no standing around!
Compact, light and hands-free
The B-SP2D can easily fit in the palm of your hand. Weighing in at only 380 grams (0.84 lbs.) including the battery, the B-SP2D leads the way in portability. It can be worn either vertically or horizontally using the adjustable belt clip. Optional carry cases that incorporate shoulder straps are also available.
Efficient battery use
The ultra-light lithium ion battery allows for at least 600, 40 mm (1.57 ") high labels to be printed before the battery status indicator reminds the user that charging is required. Battery power is also conserved with the new variable automatic power-off function.
Low cost of ownership
Equipped with a high quality 203 dpi thermal head that has an expected life of at least 1 million linear inches (25 km),
the new B-SP2D assures a lower overall cost of ownership. It has been designed for use in all types of environments, and its rugged rubber casing protects it from drops of up to 5 feet.
